Thank you to the salesperson that help to expedite the order so that the items can reach on time for my event. However, I would like to feedback on the service provided for this order. Salesperson contacted me before the day of the delivery that was promised and informed me on that some of my items are defective. I requested to proceed with the delivery with the defective items. The salesperson promised to delivery before 12pm, however changed to before 4pm later. I feel that overpromise to the customer might led to customer losing trust in your service.
