PROVISION OF SAMPLES WITH ARTWORK PRINTING

We would like to inform you that we can provide samples with the artwork submitted. However, please note that there will be a fee for this service. Please speak with one of our sales representatives to find out more.

ORDER PLACEMENT

You will know that your order is confirmed when you received an email confirmation from us with your order number. Please be advised that our standard processing time upon order confirmation is as shown in the table below:

EXPRESS SERVICE

We list lead times for every product on our site. This tells you how many working days it will take to produce and deliver your item after you've approved your artwork.

For certain products, we offer an express service for a fee of SGD 100.00 that can produce your order in less time than the indicated lead time. Please note that to avail of our express service, you will need to approve your artwork proof by 1pm on the day you place your order. This will ensure that we can meet your delivery deadline.

DELIVERY CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING

At Gift Market, we understand that sometimes you may not be available to receive your delivery on the indicated date and time for various reasons, such as:

  1. Rejected delivery due to building management.
  2. Delivery contact person not available at the time of delivery
  3. Incorrect address furnished to Gift Market

However, we offer the convenience of delivering your goods on a date that suits you, as reflected in your delivery order. If you need to reschedule your delivery, please inform us of the cancellation or changes at least 1 working day before the stated date and time of delivery. Failure to do so may result in a separate delivery charge of S$30 if our delivery team has already been activated to make the delivery.

FAILED DELIVERY

In the event of a rejected delivery by the building management or if no one is available to receive the goods at the date and time of delivery (as stipulated in the delivery order), a fee of SGD 20 will be charged for rescheduling the delivery.

NON-LIFT ACCESS

If the delivery location does not have lift access, there will be an additional charge of SGD 10 per flight of stairs per deliveryman.
