Pen was good. Ink does not flow immediately but once you get the initial "block" out of the way, it writes smoothly.

The delivery and printing was good.
However, if you would like to give to clients who you would like to impress, this might not be a good option due to it's lightweight.
Will buy this again if I need something for a quick and cheap giveaway.
