Enamel Collar Pin

We love these collar pins. The items were good, immensely pleasing packaging. Nur is my salesperson and working with her made our order buying a smooth and friendly experience.

Reason for poor ratings:- 1) Customer service, even though prompt, did not take the initiative to update about the delivery even though it was delayed for 2 whole weeks. I had to personally kept asking about the status, and why was it delayed so frequently. First reason was that there was a port sorting issue, and the other was that there was a typhoon that caused a delay in delivery. The committed date was not met, and there was no form of compensation even though it affected my distribution plans drastically. 2) There was a specific request where I had a circular shaped badge (shown in the photos) - to ensure that the circle was taken reference as 3cm by 3cm, and to allow the additional portion of the graphic protrude out of that 3cm by 3cm. Instead, what I received was a stretched out image of my logo, where I received an OVAL instead of a CIRCLE. I included specific instructions in my email while communicating to the sales representative, and he ensured that it would be considered during the production - and also reassured me that there will be a "buyoff" period, for my approval before they start to mass produce. But that NEVER happened. Instead, when I reached to them much earlier before the committed delivery day, they told me that it has gone through production. Which is absurd, considering that I was intending to visually approve that it was a CIRCLE not an OVAL. I am genuinely not too satisfied with my purchase, and I don't recommend the services, if you are under a tight schedule and require sharp details on your pin.
